It's great living at Westwind Apartments. Everything you need is either across the street or within minutes by car. The staff is always nice and I'm very happy with our choice to live at Westwind!

I would tell them the people here are friendly it's quiet everything works do not have any issue with the apartment of the staff. Grounds are clean that you guys show appreciation to your tennants often. The apartment size is very good. We really love it here.

I love my apartment and the community! The staff and my neighbors are friendly and very helpful. My apartment is beautiful and spacious. It's easy to tell it was built with intent of quality, not quantity. It is positioned in a way that it's private and quite, yet if I want to be social there's always people in the courtyard/pool. The complex is located conviniently with easy access to freeways, shopping, food and fun with a strip mall and movie theater right across the street. I highlly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone else who is looking for the perfect place to call home.

Great managment, the property is well taken care of, price of rent is a little high considering the appliances are so old.

i would tell them that they're nothing fancy but they are convenient for someone who works downtown. they are also reasonably-priced and offer some amenities which aren't terribly remarkable (like the fitness centers), but also central A/C, convenient washers/dryers and garage parking which are nice. the staff is helpful and friendly and the apartments are pretty well-maintained but could use a facelift when it comes to things like cabinetry, appliances and fixtures.

I think this is a wonderful place to live. However I do live right by the door and the garage and it is VERY VERY noisy during day and ALL night long. It is not an indication of how this company is doing though I would just like quieter neighbors and vehicles. Maintenance is wonderful, kind and skilled, always prompt, effective, and efficient. Able to communicate very well with customers (us) and management (as evidenced by being timely). Management is friendly, helpful, and efficient, always looking for feedback from customers. My upstairs neighbors are LOUD 24 hours a day (Apt 203)
